1. TERMS
By accessing the website at ghostqode.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

All materials and Ghostqode Products contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
By Ghostqode Products we mean pre-made templates, plugins, courses or any other product advertised on our website.
Please check product's documentation, live demos and frequently asked questions before purchasing the product.
Important Note: We do not offer any refunds for our products. Ready-made templates & plugins are being sold through third-party sites and their T&C includes no refund policy. The terms and conditions for our video courses can be found here.
2. USE LICENSE
a. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Ghostqode, LLC.'s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
b. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Ghostqode, LLC. at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
c. PSD and Sketch design license.
PSD and Sketch design templates (hereinafter referred to as “designs”) are provided for free and on "as is" basis.
You can modify them, use commercially and non-commercially - distribute, display, and perform the work and make derivative works and remixes based on it, however, we limit the right of use of these designs on our discretion and prohibit the creation of websites and other templates based on these designs for selling on all marketplaces (or outside of them), including (but not limited to) Bubble, Wordpress, Wix, Squarespace, Themeforest, Envato, Flippa, TemplateMonster, etc. Taking ownership over these creations is also prohibited.
This license allows re-distribution and re-use of PSD and Sketch design templates with a condition of attribution to Ghostqode as “Credit to Ghostqode” (link to https://ghostqode.com is strongly suggested but not required)
We do not provide any warranty for the PSD and Sketch designs or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Ghostqode shall not be held liable for any losses or damages caused by the use of these design templates.
Ghostqode gives no assurance that a particular product (free or paid) will remain available for additional purchases or downloads.
3. DISCLAIMER

Ghostqode, LLC. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
